Free delivery is available on all orders over $100, for Sleep Health Care packages, masks, machines, and accessories – except where express delivery for $20 is selected.

For orders that are under $100 (and do not qualify for free delivery), the cost is a flat rate of $20 to anywhere is Australia. 

We deliver Products using Australia Post, Star Track or other courier services. We are not able to deliver to Post Office boxes. You can pick up your item from one of or our outlets or the nearest courier depots.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days, and shipping times are estimated to be between 2 and 5 business days depending on the delivery location and any seasonal factors.

All Transactions are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are conducted in Australia. At this time we do not accept international orders.

When purchasing products or services from Sleep Health Care, these transactions will normally be conducted in one of our outlets, online or via our website. Any credit card or bank account details are processed through an application programming interface (like Stripe) and are not hosted or stored by Sleep Health Care.

All invoices for products and services will processed before delivery via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
