Sleep Healthcare Brisbane was truly excellent. Until I went through the whole process, I didn't appreciate how much dialing in the machine requires. Their consistent and timely support throughout has ensured that I can properly sleep for the first time in I don't know how long. I will be remaining an ongoing customer as that future support is worth infinitely more than marginally more expensive equipment.
I suffer from COPD & the coughing used to wake me up every night. My GP suggested having my breathing tested . In the end had to buy a CPAP machine. It is soudless when mask on face, it has reduced my coughing enough at night so that I don't get woken. I am pretty sure it has stopped my nightly piddling to 1 per night as I have had prostrate problems/ I am very happy with the results of my CPAP machine .
Incredible, proactive and professional advice and support from the whole team. Their level of care and service is quite exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at this type of service.
I have been so impressed by Jeremy and how supportive he has been on my CPAP journey. Always willing to help and find me the correct mask options during my trial. The weekly check-in calls really appreciated.

This has been 6 months in the making, I started my journey with quite severe apnea, with the help of Fran and the team @ Bundaberg I’m getting more sleep without waking up tired and lethargic. It’s given me a new lease on life, looking forward to more road trips.
Bundaberg staff (Jaime and Fran) were incredibly helpful and a delight to deal with. Unfortunately the overall experience was tempered by the business model and the difficulty making contact and appointment changes. This is no fault of the Bundaberg staff, just the company procedures.

Clearly explained results, excellent choice of all different styles of masks and diverse selection of machines to trial including the air mini which is perfect if you travel a lot. Staff are professional knowledgeable and patient.
