At Sleep Health Care Australia, we are proud to care for the health and well-being of those who have served.
As an approved Resmed supplier under the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP), we work alongside
eligible DVA cardholders to provide sleep health services and CPAP therapy equipment — always in line with DVA guidelines.
Our services extend to all DVA Gold and White Card Holders upon a valid GP or Specialist referral for treatment provision following an
approved prescription with DVA.

Your Care Journey
Sleep Assessment
A diagnosis of sleep apnea and prescription from your GP or sleep specialist.
Referral & Approval
Paperwork is submitted by your healthcare provider to DVA for RAP consideration.
Equipment & Education
Once approved, we arrange your fitting and explain how to get the best results.
Follow‑Up & Care
We provide ongoing reviews, therapy checks, and equipment replacement in line with DVA guidelines.
